International
We are now taking international orders although at the moment our shopping cart only handles shipping prices for UK addresses. If you are an international buyer, either retail or wholesale, please telephone us to discuss your requirements.

Delivery
We endeavour to get all orders for candle making supplies and candle accessories shipped with the next available courier. International orders for supplies and all orders for candles take longer to ship, this is for varying reasons, as we make all candles to order this obviously takes time, a small order can be produced and shipped as soon as the day after placing the order whereas a large order can take several days to complete, busy periods such as Christmas also affect delivery times and can delay production of your candles. In the case of large orders or where an order is going to be longer than 3 days before shipping you will be notified as to when your order will be shipped. Special orders such as wedding candles will obviously take longer and the delivery time will be discussed with the customer before manufacture takes place.

Shipping
We ship orders up to 2kg by Royal Mail first class, orders over that weight are shipped by courier. Orders over 2kg to the following postcodes can only be delivered by 48 hour courier but in some cases can take up to 4 days for delivery, these postcodes are HS, IV, KA27 – KA28, KW, PA20 – PA49, PA60 – PA78, PH17 - PH26, PH30 – PH44, PH49 – PH50, ZE, BT, TR21 – TR25. Postcodes GY and JE are not included, if you require shipping to these postcodes or to the Republic of Ireland please contact us for a quote, our rates are very favourable.

If you have any questions about our service please sends us an email. We make it our policy try to reply to emails within 3 hours, sometimes much quicker but in any case you will have a reply within 24 hours - sometimes our unit is closed for example, when we are visiting shows - but you will get a reply within 24 hours. The quickest responses are currently during office hours and also during the evening both UK time

Our Guarantee
We only sell products of the highest quality and our candles our hand poured and individually inspected to ensure that they match our high standards. In candle manufacture to ensure we maintain our high standards we recommend that if you want candle colours to match a specific scheme you should send us a swatch of the colour you want matched and make us aware that you require a match. We cannot be responsible for colours if these are not sent us. If you have any concerns at all about any product you have purchased from us please contact us either by email or telephone and we will do our utmost to rectify the situation. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, a happy customer will come back again.

Payment
We use ProtX as our online payment gateway which links with Streamline our elected card acquiring company, using a payment gateway in this way protects both you the customer and us, the company. We don't get to see your card details at all, this information is between you and ProtX, they just pass the payment into our account.

If you are paying for wholesale orders then payment is either made by cheque or card, we have the facility to take your card details over the telephone, you then receive the payment slip produced by the terminal attached to your invoice and sent along with your order.

Stock Levels
If for some reason we are out of stock of an item you have chosen we will contact you immediately to inform you of the situation. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order, to choose an alternative item or have your item shipped to you when we have restocked, if you have other items in your order then these will be dispatched as usual and the out of stock item sent post free. In all cases you will of course be given an estimated time of when we will have the item back in stock. We obviously have to cover this situation here but it is unusual for items to be out of stock and is generally caused by an unusual rush for a particular item.

Your Privacy
Your privacy is very important us and we promise that your details, name, address, emails address etc will not be given, sold or otherwise allowed to leave our possession. The only exception to this is if we are required to do so by law, whether it be the police or some other authority.

Return of Goods
We guarantee our products and endeavour to correct any problems to the best of our ability if you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return goods that are not faulty there is a 20% restocking fee to cover our costs

Please note we cannot exchange or accept returns on fragrance oils, we only sell the purest oils and we don't have the equipment to be able to test the purity of returned items, therefore we cannot sell them again. May we suggest that you try the sampler size of oils ( 10g ) to ensure you are happy with the fragrance(s) you are purchasing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your products arrive damaged please notify us within 3 working days, we cannot accept claims made after this time. Once you have made your claim you should return the goods to us within two days, we will then refund your postage costs and replace the item subject to the goods being inspected by us and the carriers.Unfortunately we have to apply these time constraints as the carriers only allow 7 days for claims to be made.
