Delivery:

We aim to despatch all orders upto 2 kgs by Royal Mail First Class Post the same day if received by noon.  Orders over 2kgs will be despatched with the next available courier. 

Wholesale/Bulk orders will take 7/10 days for despatch depending on item and quantity.

We do not have a retail outlet but have no problem with customers collecting their order from us if they would prefer to do so.

Out of Stock Items:

If any items are out of stock, we will let the customer know the expected delivery time schedules, and in every case will not hold up the remaining items in the order.  The balance will be sent out as soon as they arrive and will be post free to the customer.
